The legal work on your application is carried out by an independent, locally licensed law firm in the destination country, engaged for your file. PermitDirect prepares, certifies and coordinates the documents and keeps you updated. We are not a law firm and we do not give immigration advice. No residence permit or visa outcome is guaranteed — the decision belongs solely to the competent authority.

Requirement and income figures shown here are the thresholds published by each authority and change without notice. Your instructing lawyer confirms the exact figures and document list that apply to your file before anything is lodged.

Your fee, sent to you personally by our team, covers the instructed law firm, file preparation, certified translation coordination and progress reporting through to decision. Government charges — consular fees, permit and residence card fees, biometric and certificate costs — are paid by you directly to the authority at cost and are never included.
