The legal work on your application is carried out by an independent, locally licensed law firm in the destination country, engaged for your file. PermitDirect prepares, certifies and coordinates the documents and keeps you updated. We are not a law firm and we do not give immigration advice. No residence permit or visa outcome is guaranteed โ€” the decision belongs solely to the competent authority.
