- Passport bio-data page (scan, valid at least 6 months beyond travel)
- Recent passport-style photograph
- Confirmed or provisional flight itinerary
- Accommodation booking or host address
- Bank statements for the last 3 months
- Employment letter, business registration or study enrolment letter
- Invitation letter, where you are visiting family, friends or a business contact
- Travel medical insurance certificate
