- Passport bio-data page plus all pages containing previous visas or stamps
- Biometric-specification photograph
- Bank statements for the last 6 months
- Payslips or income tax records for the last 6 months
- Employment letter with approved leave dates, or business ownership evidence
- Confirmed round-trip flight reservation and full accommodation itinerary
- Travel medical insurance meeting the destination's minimum cover
- Sponsorship or invitation documents, where someone else funds or hosts the trip
- Property, vehicle or family documents used as ties-to-home evidence
